Sunday 8:30am - Power Flow
Our strongest yoga class. This vigorous class combines strong standing postures with flow, core work, inversions & back bending. You will learn to access bandha’s, explore pranayama and challenge and strengthen the body, guided by a steady breath.
monday 6:00pm - align & flow
Align and Flow is an alignment-based practice that emphasizes form and specific actions within yoga postures. This is a vinyasa style class that allows the practitioner to explore alignment in foundational poses and progressively and safely move toward more complex poses with awareness of breath, form and alignment.
Thursday 9:00am - ashtanga/Vinyasa
Vinyasa is a series of sequenced poses that seamlessly flow together. You’ll experience both foundational postures and creative variations that will strengthen, open and restore your body and mind. This delivers a well-rounded and total body experience.
